word for today

It’s construction season in my town. The main freeway will take at least a year to complete as crews are widening it in order to accommodate more motorists. The old road has to be excavated, cleared, and hauled away before the new and wider foundation can be poured. The progressive Christian agenda is similar, to widen the narrow road that leads to heaven. It claims that the narrow road of which Jesus speaks needs widening in order to accommodate everybody choosing to live life their own way. Accepting what Jesus calls sinful is an ever-growing issue and becoming more alarming as the days pass. But let me tell you something. The road to heaven is one that will not be altered no matter the size of the construction crew clocking in to alter it. (For the gate is narrow and the way is hard that leads to life, and those who find it are few. Matthew 7:14; “Then he will say to those on his left, ‘Depart from me, you cursed, into the eternal fire prepared for the devil and his angels. Matthew 25:41)
